WATERWAYS ORDINANCE MEETING
The following email was sent to the Marco Island Area Association Of Realtors from Marco Island City Manager, Bill Moss, for distribution to our members.
Ladies and Gentlemen:
At 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 17th, City Council will discuss the proposed Waterways Ordinance. The matter is scheduled for discussion only, not official action to adopt the ordinance. The draft ordinance provides policy recommendations made by the City's Waterways Advisory Committee, the Planning Board, and city staff.The agenda write-up for City Council with the proposed ordinance are attached for your information.
