No More Property Taxes?

The Florida House of Representatives has proposed a bold plan to transform the way we pay for government services. The proposed Constitutional Amendment would eliminate the property taxes on homestead property and reduce the tax on non-homestead properties as well as provide funding for local government with an additional 2.5% state sales tax which is paid by Floridians and tourists.

Check out: www.nomorepropertytax.com for more information and consider endorsing the plan to cut taxes in Florida.

If put into place, it will help both our economy and real estate market by distributing the tax burden more evenly among full-time and part-time residents as well as visitors. In addition, it provides further incentive for part-time residents to seek full-time residency. Thus, increasing the consumer base.

Spread the news that Floridians need permanent tax relief. Share this Web site with a friend.
