Signs of Recovery in Florida Home & Condo Market

More signs of a recovering home market were reported by the Florida Associations of Realtors(FAR). According to FAR, Florida Q1 2010 homes sales increased 24% over the same period last year and condo's increased 67%. This marks the 7th consecutive quarter with an increase. Futhermore, the National Association of Realtors are reporting that there is price stabilization occurring throughout the country.
