Marco Island Homes for Sales
As of 4/10/2006


As of 4/9/2006, we are already at 50% of the pending transactions from last month for both single family homes, condos and lots. This is a good sign as there has been steady growth in the market as season comes to a close. We expect this pace to continue. We have heard from a lot of buyers that are "on the fence". With prices settling out, we anticipate that these buyers will return to the Marco Island real estate market this summer.

If you are thinking about buying, there are plenty of values out there. If you see something you like, put in an offer for what you think it is worth. You may be surprised how negotiable sellers are. I've seen some unbelievable deals take place and there are more where they came from. I have to warn you though, this market can heat up quickly. So, don't assume that you will have the same buying opportunities in the future.
